Each one of our engineers is fully trained to repair and service a vast range of laboratory equipment on site, which can include calibration after repair - thus negating the need to arrange a separate follow on calibration call. In some cases, it may be more practical to return items to our Service Department for repair, where they will be dealt with promptly.
We can offer preventative maintenance contracts, which include replacement of specified parts as recommended by the manufacturer. Preventive Maintenance Contracts are available on request.
Lennox offer Installation Qualifications (IQ) and Operational Qualifications (OQ) as an added service to ensure that your equipment is installed correctly and operates to the manufacturers specifications. Performance Qualifications (PQ) are available on request to address customer specifications. Appropriate documentation is supplied for all IQs, OQs and PQs.
Lennox can provide a calibration service traceable to national and international standards for a wide and varied range of equipment, either on a calibration contract or on a "once-off" basis. Where permitted, Lennox offer on-site calibrations. Otherwise, calibrations are carried out in our temperature controlled calibration laboratory. Our traceable calibrations cover the following items: Autoclaves, Balances & Scales, Burettes, Climatic Chambers, Centrifuges, Conductivity Meters, Cooled Incubators, Digital Hotplates, DO2 meters, Dri Blocks, Flash Point Apparatus, Freezers, Furnaces, High temperature ovens & baths, Humidity meters, Incubators, Melting Point Apparatus, Microbiological Air Samplers, Ovens, pH meters, Photometers, Pipettes, Pressure Indicators, Refractometers, Refrigerators, Spectophotometers and Water Baths.
We can provide temperature mapping of your temperature enclosures to suit your requirements.
